Worked example: a £500 first deposit. Activate the package in My Bonus, pay in £500 and you get a £500 bonus plus 100 free spins. Large balances leave in instalments, and three rules set the speed. First, each VIP level has a daily and a monthly cap: level 1 holds you to £430 per day and £6,020 per calendar month, level 5 lifts that to £1,290 daily and £17,200 monthly. Second, three withdrawal requests can be pending at the same time. Third, your level mirrors a rolling 90 days of play. The table counts days on which you withdraw the full daily cap.

Same £8,600, two players. On level 1 the daily cap is £430 but the monthly one is £6,020, so fourteen withdrawals bring £6,020 and the last £2,580 has to wait for the new calendar month – six more days, twenty overall.
